Cash at Close was founded in Phoenix by a team of real estate investors who were tired of the same problem: great deals dying because traditional lenders couldn't move fast enough.
We've been on both sides of the table. We've lost deals to slow banks, and we've watched other investors lose deals too. So we built a lending company that operates the way investors actually need — fast decisions, transparent terms, and a team that picks up the phone.
Today, Cash at Close has funded over 500 deals across Greater Phoenix, deploying more than $250 million in capital to investors at every level — from first-time flippers to seasoned portfolio builders.
