Why Cash At Close?

How are the partner agents?

We partner you with the top-performing and highly reviewed realtors who are experts in their area. You may ask for references, past sales, and speak with them to make sure they are the right fit. If not, there is no obligation to stay with the agent.

How can we choose to switch realtors in your network?

Email or call our customer service at 888-391-5060 and notify us you would like a different agent – we will notify your current agent (no explanation need from you) and re-assign you a new agent (no fee will be due from you to former realtor).

Where can I find reviews of past clients?

Next to the realtor profiles, you can read their ‘About Us’ profiles as well as click on past client reviews. You may also directly request references from your agent during your realtor selection process.

Can I choose my lender?

Yes. You may use any lender you choose. We do provide lender profiles who we have successfully worked with in the past and those lenders may be provided Cash At Close fees for advertising their services.

Who are the Cash At Close lenders?

We have carefully selected licensed lenders who have been in the mortgage and loan business for no less than 10 years. You are not required to utilized these services. Cash At Close does not receive referral fees from these lenders. Though, lenders may pay a marketing advertising fee to be on our site.

How can I ensure I will receive my Cash At Close Credit at the closing of the sale?

Our partners are legally obligated to pay you a credit at closing of 25 percent or a reduction in the purchase price of that same amount. You as the client can choose either as permitted by your lender’s required legal guidelines. Please note the 25 percent credit must be approved by your lender. If you do not receive the credit at the closing of the sale, Cash At Close cannot legally pay you any credits or monies.

Does my listing agent have to be the same as my buyers agent?

No. Although, most consumer typically use the same agent, but it is not required to earn your cash reward. Consumer might list with a Cash at Close agent and buy with another Cash at Close agent and still be rewarded on both transactions.

How can I write a customer review about one of your great agent partners?

On portal.cashatclose.com, next to the Agent’s profile , please click the ‘Reviews’ button. There will then be an option to click ‘submit review’ – all reviews will be reviewed internally and published within 48 hours.

How can I contact customer Service?

Please email Info@CashatClose, call 888-391-5060 or click on the Contact Us page at the top of the website and fill out the form. Your contact request will be returned within 24 hours or 48 if sent during a weekend.

Can I talk to a real person?

Yes! We are real people. Customer Service is in our blood and many would say our first name. You may call us 24 hours a day at 888-391-5060 and we will answer or return calls the next day if message is left after business hours.
